마11:28-30

"수고하며 무거운 짐을 진 사람은 모두 내게로 오너라. 내가 너희를 쉬게 하겠다. 나는 마음이 온유하고 겸손하니, 내 멍에를 메고 나한테 배워라. 그리하면 너희는 마음에 쉼을 얻을 것이다. 내 멍에는 편하고, 내 짐은 가볍다.“

‘Come to me, all you that are weary and are carrying heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me; for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.’
