A remarkable light in our Disciples family has gone out...
Our beloved friend Don Shelton has passed from this life to the full life with our loving God. After a courageous battle with cancer Don has been released from this physical struggle and is now in God's welcoming embrace. We know our God said, "Well done thou good and faithful servant". Rev. Shelton has served his God through congregational life, regional life and in leadership in the general church.
Rev. Don Shelton passed away last evening with his family at his side. Please be in prayer for the family--Linda, Shonna and Stacy. Send cards and emails of love and support to the family at the address below, but
please no phone calls to the family right now.
